Kira worked as deputy head of the legal department of a major insurance company for several years. She handled the most complex court cases, and coordinated the legal work of trial lawyers throughout the country.
Kira Svintsova has written a number of articles on legal matters, and has experience as a lecturer.
Kira graduated with first-class honours from Voronezh State University in 2006, and successfully defended her PhD thesis in 2010. Kira has an excellent command of English.

Alexander defended the interests of shareholders in a corporate dispute with beneficiaries of Vostochny Bank.
He has extensive experience in advising clients on acquisitions, corporate restructurings and real estate transactions.
Alexander has conducted a number of due diligence reviews of large and well-known companies.
He also advises on corporate issues, subsoil use, antimonopoly regulation and white collar crimes.
He graduated with honours from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2005.
He is a member of Moscow City Bar.
