AKS Legal, a representative of RSKhB-Insurance, won a major plant insurance case

We have successfully finished an intricate trial on behalf of our client, insurance firm RSKhB-Insurance. The suit arose from a plant insurance agreement; the claim cost totaled over 140 million rubles. In terms of amount, the claim is one of the largest single-case claims in Russian practice (the very largest, as far as we know), compared to other judicial proceedings related to plant insurance agreements. Our client was a defendant in that case. Providing all the references to evidence and legal precedents, we managed to prove there were no grounds for granting the claim. As a result, commercial courts of three instances adopted our position and issued decisions in favor of our client.
