One-billion-ruble case. AIN article on AKS Legal's winning case

The "Agency of Insurance News" (AIN) detailed in its article about our landmark arbitration case, in which AKS Legal lawyers obtained a dismissal of most of claims (70%) asserted against RSKhB-Insurance. The case was heard in three court instances, and the total amount of claims rejected exceeded RUB 1 billion. Alexander Svintsov, partner of AKS Legal, commented at the request of AIN on the significance of this dispute for the law practice.
