Representing the interests of one of the largest private clinics at the Commercial Court of the Moscow District, AKS Legal counselors achieved cancelation of the judicial acts of the first and appeals instances and submission of the case for a new hearing. We managed to prove that lower instances had ignored a group of key proofs and failed to apply the norms regulating the agreement duration. We managed the case starting from the cassation phase. What makes this victory exceptional is that the judicial practice knows very few cases when the court of cassation overturned acts with such original details.
