AKS Legal Hosted the Annual Workshop for Insurers in Collaboration With the National Association of Agricultural Insurers

AKS Legal and the National Association of Agricultural Insurers (NAAI) co-hosted their annual workshop for insurance representatives on October 20th in Moscow. Held at the Mövenpick Hotel, the event attracted heads of client departments from most NAAI member insurers who work with clients in the agro-industrial complex. The workshop featured two traditional seminar sessions with presentations on current methodological and legal issues in agricultural insurance.

AKS Legal lawyers presented a review of judicial practice in agricultural insurance. They also addressed the legal considerations involved in entering into an agricultural insurance agreement and the consequences of missing premium payment deadlines under such agreements.

The workshop concluded with an interactive, hands-on session where all attendees could participate in resolving practical cases.
