AKS Legal and National Association of Agricultural Insurers Held Workshop for Insurers

AKS Legal and the National Association of Agricultural Insurers held the workshop on the agricultural insurance methodology and practice. The event, held on September 30th in Moscow at the Mövenpick Hotel, brought together heads of client departments from NAAI member insurers specifically focused on the agro-industrial complex.

The workshop addressed the first outcomes of the programme for emergency harvest insurance, amendments to the legal and methodological frameworks of agricultural insurance, practical aspects of procedures for settlement of losses, and development of independent expert review.

We spoke about the most recent trends in the judicial practice concerning crop and livestock insurance and shared critical findings of courts in the cases we handled in 2022.
